I was reading the New York Farm Bureau (“NYFB”) May 2011 Grassroots last night and saw that the cookbook “Harvest to Heat” by Darryl Estrine and Kelly Kochendorfer showcases several New York agriculture producers including Flying Pigs Farm of Shushan, Satur Farmers in Catchogue and Tuthilltown Spirits in Garnier. I found the cookbook on Amazon.com and I have to admit that I love the photographs! I’m not a great cook but I cannot wait to try to heirloom tomato salsa recipe!
